At Wicks Candle?, your satisfaction is our top priority. We pour love and care into every candle we make, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below.
Damages and Issues
We do our best to package every order securely, but damages can sometimes occur during transit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at lexirogers7915@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged product(s) and the shipping box.
We will review your claim and, if approved, we will send you a replacement for the damaged item at no extra cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are happy to address any concerns you may have.
We will accept returns on unused and unlit candles in their original packaging within [14] days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
A Note on Scent
We understand that scent is a personal preference. We do our best to describe our fragrances accurately, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on a dislike of a scent after the candle has been lit. If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend purchasing our sample sizes first, if available.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email to let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, typically within 5-10 business days.
